About Brian
Brian "made the scene" into this world the same year as Playboy magazine and the Davy Crockett coon skin cap craze. Born in Castro Valley, California, the fifth son in a family of five boys, he grew to appreciate the value of persistence!

A resident of the East Bay suburb of San Lorenzo, Brian started his first business at the age of 21 and has not looked back. Although he did have a brief stint at Columbia Junior College, he is a proud graduate of the School of Hard Knocks. His biggest business "claim to fame" came as the mastermind of the original Packtowl.

When he isn't spending time with his wife Lisa and daughters Kirsten and Carly, Brian enjoys snow skiing, kayaking and scuba diving. He is also an ardent, some may say chronic, collector of things vintage. He has a particular fondness for old juke boxes, Coke machines and soda fountain items. One look around the office and you'll see he also has quite a collection of old, metal signs. As an avid sports fan, you can hear Brian on most Monday mornings either praising or chastising the latest exploits of his favorite teams, the 49er's, the A's, and the Giants. During the summer months you can find Brian sunning himself in his favorite haunts around Chico, California. He and his family are looking forward to the day when they will be able to live full-time in the home they own there.

Brian is a former board member of the Lorenzo Theater Foundation and is quite active in the restoration of this historic art deco movie house. He also stays busy with whatever activities or sports his girls are currently participating in.
